I haven’t been talking about this with you guys because I was worried about what people would think. Lately I feel like I’ve seen so many posts that say if you aren’t losing weight then that means you aren’t in a deficit. You aren’t being honest with yourself about what/how much you’re eating. I believed this. I have not been able to lose weight so I cracked down on myself and weighed every single ounce of food I ate, tracked every macro, started doing cardio 3-5 times a week, upper my water, and lowered my caffeine. I have not lost any weight. No inches. Clothes fit the same. I have been feeling so discouraged because everything I thought I knew about my body and weight loss is simply not working for me. I’ve googled and self-diagnosed for weeks now, but that doesn’t change anything for me. So I made an appointment with my doctor and a nutritionist to talk to them about my concerns. I plan on bringing in all my food and exercise records, all my daily weigh-ins! They’re not ready for all my data ??
